Privacy Policy

1. Overview

UpkeepTrack ("the App") is designed privacy-first. Everything you enter — your home profile, tasks, completion history, costs and notes — is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to any external server. There is no account, no sign-up, and no cloud.

2. Information We Collect

None. The App does not collect names, email addresses, location, usage analytics, advertising identifiers, or any other personal information. We cannot see your data, and neither can anyone else.

3. Camera and Photo Library

The App may request access to your device's camera and photo library so you can attach photos to maintenance tasks and warranty records. Photos you take or select are stored only on your device alongside your other App data. They are never uploaded to any server.

4. Notifications

Reminders use your device's local notification system. Scheduling happens entirely on your device; no notification data leaves it.

5. Purchases

The optional Pro upgrade is a one-time purchase processed by the App Store / Google Play together with the purchase-management service RevenueCat. These services may handle an anonymous purchase identifier to validate and restore your purchase. The App never receives or stores your name or payment details. Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies.

6. Exports

The CSV export feature writes your history to a file. Where you save or share that file is your choice and your responsibility.

7. Third Parties and Advertising

We do not sell or share your data with anyone. The App shows no ads.
